The second day of the ILTA conference was as good as the first. It opened with a collaborative workshop on storyboarding to quickly come to a decision. It’s an approach that is worth trying.
There were many sessions on various legal technology topics. One that we found particularly interesting discussed the terabytes of unstructured data hanging around most organizations and how to get some control of this mess. The step by step approach they presented, while continually referring back to the original goals of the remedial project, has proven to be a successful method to achieve results.
Day 3 is going to be devoted mostly to vendor meetings and browsing the vendor hall. Look for our report tomorrow.
