Gina Bacon is an e-Discovery Project Manager in our Calgary office. Gina has extensive project management experience essential to managing the complex workflow of each case and is highly skilled at managing and implementing efficient processes for the preservation, collection, review, and production of electronic evidence.
Gina is dedicated to both empowering teams and individuals, working in a collaborative environment, and creating value for both the organization and our clients.
As a Project Manager, Gina creates and maintains a project schedule which defines activities, dependencies, duration, and associated resource requirements. She provides workflow consultation, drives the development of standards, and coordinates the daily activities associated with providing e-Discovery support to clients. She is responsible for managing budgets, consulting clients on e-Discovery best practices, and identifying preferred paths to completing projects with a focus on reducing costs, increasing speed of delivery, and utilizing various technologies to drive client satisfaction.
Gina is a certified Project Management Professional and member of the Project Management Institute. She is a member of Sedona Canada and the International Legal Technology Association. Gina is a Relativity Certified User, a RelativityOne Certified Pro, and habitually strives for professional development through continuing education and self-study.
In her spare time, Gina enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time outdoors.
