Karen Lam is an e-Discovery Project Manager in our Toronto office.
In her role, Karen manages and prioritizes a diverse range of tasks, balancing the demands of multiple clients and lawyers.
Karen has more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry, gaining extensive experience as a law clerk and paralegal in the areas of commercial and civil litigation including dispute resolution, contractual disputes, personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance defence, environmental, construction, professional misconduct and class action litigation.
She also has experience managing and advising on high-profile litigation and complex e-Discovery projects and vast experience in trial preparation including, witness readiness, preparation of evidence briefs, investigative reports and trial arguments.
Karen is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
She continually strives for professional development through continuing professional development courses and self-study. In her spare time she enjoys travelling and volunteering her time to various charitable organizations.
