Michael Ramos is a Litigation Support Analyst in our Toronto office. An expert in information technology, Michael assists in the maintenance of litigation support applications and databases. He also works with project managers and processes data into software for the firm’s legal team. Beginning his career in December 2008 as a hardware technology intern and then joining the technology service desk, Michael was promoted to litigation support analyst in early 2014. A quick-learner, most of his skills are self-taught from experiencing issues in a real world environment and generating solutions to address them. In his spare time, Michael enjoys snowboarding in the winter and hitting the beach in the summer, which includes spending time at his family’s cottage in Wasaga Beach, Ontario.
