Wortzmans is now MT>3, a division of McCarthy Tétrault
Happy Anniversary! It's just over one year since Wortzmans joined McCarthy Tétrault and we wanted our name to reflect this new and exciting stage in our career: we decided to become MT>3.
Our new name MT>3 represents the foundations of our work: leading edge technology, proprietary processes, and a multi-disciplinary team.
As a division of McCarthy Tétrault, we continue to pride ourselves on offering cost-effective e-discovery and information advice and services.
Who’s Who Legal has released its Canada 2015: Practice Areas Edition. For the Commercial Litigation E-Discoverychapter, Wortzmans’ Susan Wortzman is at the top of the list. She is identified as one Canada’s foremost e-discovery practitioners based upon comprehensive, independent research.
In their review, Susan Wortzman is described as “an outstanding practitioner” with “a consummate understanding of the industry”. She provides “expert advice” to clients across a range of e-discovery issues, including the preservation, identification, collection, processing, review and production of electronic records.
Susan Wortzman was selected based upon comprehensive, independent survey work with both general counsel and private practice lawyers. Only specialists who have met independent research criteria are listed.
Susan Wortzman will be a guest speaker at Commonwealth Legal’s Technology in Practice Conference on November 5, 2015. This conference will take place at the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto from November 4-6, 2015.
