Strong, effective management is essential for every project. With Wortzmans each project is managed by seasoned legal Project Managers using principles defined by the Project Management Institute®. Our Project Managers are involved with a broad range of e-Discovery projects, from document review to information governance and technology strategies. Their comprehensive knowledge of e-Discovery techniques provides them with a deep understanding of project requirements and the desired outcome.
Every project managed
Every Wortzmans’ project, no matter the size, is assigned a designated Project Manager who is involved in all initial discussions to identify the project requirements and stakeholders. In conjunction with the client, they prepare the project budget and timeline.
Plan first
Our Project Managers develop a plan for the overall project, including the human resources, reporting, risk and change management, and all of the steps necessary to meet the project requirements on time and on budget. They work closely with clients, the Wortzmans legal team, and third party service providers to ensure the success of the plan.
Execute well
Wortzman Project Managers bring the right team together for each project. When extra resources are required, they select the best and most qualified people to execute the project plan, understanding all of the project requirements. Throughout the project, the team is tasked, supported and provided with clear direction with a focus on meeting or exceeding our commitments. Successful outcomes are the result.
Monitor and report
We use the latest analytic techniques to monitor budgets and timelines and regularly report the findings to clients. This enables our Project Managers to immediately identify any risks to the budget and timeline and provide strategies that will keep the project on track. Project Managers also monitor the quality of the project, and work with the team to ensure we deliver a quality work product that meets our high standards.
