Su Hutchinson is Director of Operations supporting MT>3’s national team. Su brings over twenty years of Senior Management experience from the commercial and not for profit arts and entertainment sectors to her role at MT>3. Su has led several organizations through periods of high-change and positioned them for growth and sustained success. Recognised internationally for her pragmatic and highly effective approach to addressing rapid change and establishing financial stability, she has built a reputation for fearless navigation of dynamic environments guiding organizations from today, into tomorrow.
Su began her career as a Director of Development raising tens of millions of dollars from private, public, individual, and corporate donors in support of Canadian artistic entities ranging from Toronto’s Tarragon Theatre to the Writers’ Trust of Canada and beyond.
Su pivoted her career into senior management with leadership roles in the independent music industry including producing albums, international tours and television specials and has worked with artists ranging from 13 million albums sold to those just starting their careers.
Formal education includes an MBA in Leadership from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, an honours undergraduate degree in Theatre and Art History from York University and a college degree in Micro Computer Systems, Conestoga College.
In her spare time – Su enjoys immersing herself and her family in travel experiences most often tethered to art history and artistic events or the ongoing work of restoring a rustic family cottage built by her grandfather in the 1920’s.
